There is hope. If you have saving faith and have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, there is hope for you. (Remember! In the Bible, the hope of God’s promises is a sure thing. No wishful thinking. His promises absolutely will come to pass.)
Most if you, but not all, live in the US, but even so you probably care about other nations. Whatever you think of the recent elections, whatever you think about the violence in France, whatever you think about the widespread turmoil in the world, for Christians, there is hope.
God is sovereign, including sovereign over all the nations. Beyond whatever happens in this increasingly evil world, there is hope.
One day God will destroy evil and reward the righteous. There is a day coming when the current prince of this world (Satan) will be cast into the lake of fire and Jesus Christ will reign.
And Christians will be rewarded for what we’ve done in faith. The unrighteous will be condemned.
Christians will be glorified, and live forever in heavenly bliss where there is no sin (in us, or anyone else).
Hope for what God has promised, including His promises of being with us through whatever is happening in this world, whatever comes.
Worship God. Praise God. Press on.
