Home in Heaven

Suzanne Maurer is now Home in Heaven. Jesus Christ greeted her with “Well done, My good and faithful servant.”

Suzanne is at home with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8). She has been glorified (Romans 8:30). She entered into the joy of the Lord (Matthew 25:21,23).

While we grieve here, Suzanne is glorified, joyful, and happier than she ever has been.

Here is what she had to say:

“As I write this, I am 82. If Jesus doesn’t come first, I will see death, but until then, I will serve, trust, and rejoice in God. I want to be able to say, like Paul: ‘I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.’ (2 Timothy 4:7)

“I long to see Jesus at the finish line, welcoming me Home, and saying ‘Well done.’”*

For us on this side of eternity

Do you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, you will miss out on blissful eternity in heaven. Please repent of your sins, believe, and trust in Christ. (Romans 3:23; 5:8; 6:23; 10:9)

For Christians, our challenge, our ambition, is to be pleasing to our Lord (2 Corinthians 5:9). We press on to the goal of being made in the image of Christ (Philippians 3:12-14).

Father, help us fight the good fight, finish the course You have given us, and keep the faith. Help us press on.
