Fallen World = Troubled World = The Land of the Living
That is how it is until God takes us (Christians) to heaven.
Christians have joy now
Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, who dwells in Christians.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. (Galatians 5:22)
We have responsibility to be joyful
We have every reason to be joyful because of who God—Father, Son, Holy Spirit—is, who we are to Him, what He does, how He works in our lives, and our promised glory to come.
In order for us to be joyful and stay joyful, we must stay connected to the vine, connected to Jesus. We must abide in Him.
How to stay connected to Jesus Christ
Stay in the Word of God. Read. Study. Memorize. Recall to mind throughout the day.
Pray without ceasing.
Love God by obeying His commands.
Practice rejoicing, remembering the Truth, and looking for glimpses of God.
